Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to exchange goods you can do so for incorrect sizing and only for the same product.  Please note you will not be able to receive a refund or exchange if you change our mind. Refunds will be granted if the product is faulty or not as ordered. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is still in place it is new, unwashed, has not been worn and with all tags attached. If you have faulty goods or goods are not as ordered please contact customercare@moniquebryden.com to request a returns form and instructions for return.

Eligibility to purchase
The purchase of products from moniquebryden.com is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with the Australian law.
Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and company name and any other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct.
Moniquebryden.com is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility.
Goods ordered retail will be paid for at time of order, any goods ordered wholesale will be paid for on delivery and any monies owing will be forwarded to the dept collector at your own cost.

Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Diners. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. All credit/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, moniquebryden.com will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.

Currency conversions
All prices on our site are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and charged in Australian dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay, is determined by the bank, that has issued your credit card.

Shipping / Domestic
We ship within Australia Via Australia Post. There is a 3-5 day delivery time and is generally very fast. Moniquebryden.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages or packages delayed by Australia Post.
Australian shipping is $8.50 for 1 item and $10.50 for multiple.

Shipping / International
For overseas customers packages are sent via Australia Post. Delivery time is 3 - 7 working days after dispatch. moniquebryden.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages or packages delayed by Australia Post.
International shipping is $AUD20.00 for airfreight and $58.00 for express airfreight.
